Welcome, folks, to the wonderful world of Ciara and John's wedding. On the following pages, you'll find the photos I took of the festivities and I hope that you'll enjoy them as much as I have.
I've arranged them so that you can view small "thumbnail" previews of all of the photos and then select which ones you want to see on an individual basis. Alternately, the site is also set up such that you can just click through each photo in the series as if it were a slideshow. If you're looking for something or someone specific, I suggest the former; if you want to see everything and you're the patient type (or you have a speedy connection*), you may want to try the latter.
I have cropped most of the photos and attempted to compress them so that you get reasonable performance over a regular modem connection via a phone line. In so doing, the image quality inevitably suffers some. Fortunately, you guys are so beautiful that your brilliance radiates right on through anyway.
Some people have mentioned an interest in getting copies of a few of their favorite pix, and I'm happy to make duplicates if there is interest. Note the roll and frame numbers and the size reprint that you would like and e-mail me. (The shop that originally developed these says that they'll do 4" X 6" prints for ninety cents each, but I'll keep shopping to see if we can bring that down.) A cautionary note to keep in mind: I shot these photos with 3200 speed film which has a very grainy look to it. It provides an interesting aesthetic, but it does get even grainier the bigger one enlarges the reproduction. So if you want a life size poster of either Ciara and Sue dancing or Charlie and Eliza blowing bubbles, for instance, be prepared for the image quality to suffer a bit.
Let the wild rumpus begin...
